Linda
Farmer is an information consultant and technical communicator with
over 20 years experience in the library automation and database
publishing industries. She advises educational, government and business
organizations on strategies for deploying classical information
management techniques in partnership with the most recent computer
technologies to render their digital assets findable, usable and
relevant. 
Gwen
Harris is an information consultant specializing in Web searching
and online education. She has been the instructional designer for
several of the web-based courses offered by the Professional Learning
Centre and provides design and operational support to instructors.
Her first course was The Internet Guide, a self-study course about
the Internet that was developed in 1996. As well she teaches web
searching online and delivers customized training on web search
strategies.
